ACCEPTANCE. Signing or approving this quote constitutes acceptance of all terms herein and authorizes work to proceed as described.
SCOPE. Work is limited to items listed in this quote. Changes, additions, or unforeseen conditions will be documented in a written change order signed by both parties before additional work begins.
PAYMENT. Deposit (if shown above) is due upon acceptance. Progress payments are due as invoiced. Final balance is due upon substantial completion. Accounts past 30 days are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge.
MATERIALS. All materials remain the property of Ireland Studios Home Improvement, LLC until paid in full. Material pricing is subject to supplier availability; significant cost changes will be disclosed and require written approval before proceeding.
WARRANTY. Workmanship is warranted for one (1) year from the date of substantial completion against defects in labor. Manufacturer warranties on materials, fixtures, and equipment are passed through to the client and are the manufacturer’s obligation. Warranty is void if work is modified by others.
PERMITS. Where required by scope, permits will be pulled by Ireland Studios Home Improvement, LLC and costs will be added to the final invoice. Client is responsible for providing access for inspections.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES. Client shall ensure site access, removal of personal property from work areas, and utility disconnection where required. Delays caused by client are billable at the standard hourly rate.
HAZARDOUS MATERIALS. Quote does not include testing, remediation, or disposal of asbestos, lead, mold, or other hazardous materials. If discovered, work will pause and client will be responsible for remediation costs.
INSURANCE. Ireland Studios Home Improvement, LLC carries general liability and workers’ compensation insurance. Certificate available upon request.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION. Any dispute shall first be submitted to mediation in Fairfield County, CT before litigation. Connecticut law governs this agreement.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. Contractor’s liability is limited to the contract value. Contractor is not responsible for consequential or incidental damages.
