Full Bathroom Upgrade with Vanity, Tile, and Lighting Improvements
This bathroom renovation transformed an outdated dual pedestal sink layout into a clean, functional vanity space designed for modern family use. The project included removal of the original fixtures, installation of a new double vanity with updated plumbing, and replacement of the floor tile for a fresh, cohesive look. We added new wall tile edging to seamlessly integrate the existing tilework, installed a large custom mirror, and upgraded the electrical with a new outlet and contemporary lighting fixtures. Additional improvements included new towel shelves and wall racks to increase storage and usability while maintaining a bright, polished finish throughout the space.
From Failed Cast Iron Pipe to Fully Finished Living Space
This project began with a major plumbing issue—an old cast iron drain pipe buried beneath the concrete slab had completely deteriorated and was leaking. We jackhammered through the slab to expose and remove the failed pipe, replaced it with new PVC plumbing, and carefully re-poured and finished the concrete to restore the structural floor. From there, the room underwent a full ground-up renovation. The slab was sealed to prevent moisture intrusion, new flooring was installed, and the space was finished with new baseboards, crown moulding, and fresh paint throughout. The result is a clean, durable, and fully refreshed room that transformed a hidden structural problem into a polished and functional living space.
